Founded in 2024 by Cathy Ievers, a seasoned talent agent with experience at top agencies in London and Dublin, UNTAP was created to provide a fresh, personal, and professional approach to talent representation in Ireland. 

After returning to her hometown of Belfast, Cathy launched UNTAP to champion emerging talent and connect them with exciting opportunities across the growing Irish and UK entertainment industry.
